When you come and experience Grace Missionary Church you will soon discover that we are not about religion but about relationships — a relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and relationships with each other. We take Acts 2:42 to heart: “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.”
We strive to live out the Mission Jesus has given us in Matthew 28:19-20: “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.” Making disciples requires doing life together. We look forward to meeting you and making you part of our family.
You are always welcome at Grace –  just as you are!

Operation Christmas Child

For the month of May we will be collecting toys for girls.  Some suggested items are small dolls, jump ropes, jacks, puzzles, stickers, sunglasses, stuffed animals, etc. for Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes.  Put your donations in the box in the foyer near the bulletin board.

Roof Project

While the roof project is not scheduled until the spring, Grace has only raised $11,974.00 out of the $15,000-$20,000.  Please pray that if the Lord is wanting you to contribute to this project, just mark on your envelope “roof project” as leadership and buildings and grounds has authorized this as designative giving.

Mercer County Fair Concert

The Newsboys are coming to Celina Saturday, August 11th, 7 pm, at the Mercer County Fairgrounds Grandstand.  Grace has bought 40 tickets at $33.16 each and still has 14 tickets available.  If you are interested in buying tickets please stop by the office or call 419-586-5855.  First come first serve basis.  Make checks payable to Grace Missionary Church.

WOGGS Shipshewana

The next outing is Tuesday, June 5th, to Shipshewana at 7:30 am.  Shopping, sightseeing, eating, etc. is on the itinerary so please bring spending money for shopping or browse for free and money for food.  Also, a good pair of walking shoes would be helpful.  Please sign up at the Welcome Center if you plan to attend this event and pick up a reminder “ticket.”  Any questions contact Brenda Daughtery at 419-790-9107.  Thanks.

Library News
Announcing an exciting new opportunity in the church library: NIV LIVE-an Audio Bible.  Each Biblical character is represented by a unique voice that brings the Bible to life and the musical background adds to the experience.  There are 79 CDs, 18 New Testament and 61 Old Testament.  Just sit down in the easy chair, grab the hanging list of CDs, pull the table over, and pull out the CDs that you want.  Each one is in a shell with a card to be signed.  Follow the directions posted in the library.  Please keep them no longer than a month, so they do not get lost and take up to 6 at a time.  Enjoy listening to God’s Word, at home or in the car!
Kid’s Kamp & Kid’s Alive
Ludlow Falls Camp registration packets are available in the foyer for Kid’s Alive (must have completed Grades 1 or 2) to be held June 24-25 and Kid’s Camp (must have completed Grades 3-6) to be held June 25-June 30.  Please return completed and notarized (recommended but not required) registrations to Kim Jones or to the church office by Sunday, June 3rd.  The cost for Kid’s Alive is $30 with the church paying half the fee.  The cost for Kid’s Kamp is $150 with the church paying half the fee.  The theme for this year’s camps is Dominion:  Power over sin!  If you have any questions contact Kim Jones at 567-644-8704.
