When you come and experience Grace Missionary Church you will soon discover that we are not about religion but about relationships — a relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and relationships with each other. We take Acts 2:42 to heart: “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.”
We strive to live out the Mission Jesus has given us in Matthew 28:19-20: “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.” Making disciples requires doing life together. We look forward to meeting you and making you part of our family.
You are always welcome at Grace –  just as you are!

Operation Christmas Child
We want to thank Grace church for participating with us in the Operation Christmas Child project.  Our totals for 2018 are as follows:  428 boxes packed at the packing party, 114 boxes packed by individuals, for a total of 542 boxes.  The final count donated to cover shipping costs as well as purchase some discipleship books was $4,209.00.  All of this was possible because you donated items, money, and time.  Also, thanks to the American Heritage Girls for all their help carrying and sorting.  Praise God for his faithfulness!  The committee members are:  Diane Beamer, Doris Heindel, Mary Ann Wolf, and Willard & Mary Umstead.

Additionally, a team of nine from Grace will be traveling to Charlotte, NC to process the shoe boxes Nov. 26th—Dec. 1st.  Pray for traveling mercies and good health.  Thanks.

Office Hours

The office will be open on Monday, November 19th, Wednesday &  Friday, November 21st and 23rd from 9:30 am-3:00 pm.  The office will be closed on Tuesday, November 20th, and Thursday, November 22nd.  Thanks.

Thanksgiving Offering
Thanksgiving is a time for us to reflect on the many blessings that God has granted us and also a time for us to show our thankfulness.  Thanksgiving offering envelopes can be picked up at the Welcome Center to help open new ministries, discipleship training, and develop new  churches in the South and Southeast areas of the U.S. and to help fund the Global Leadership Team to develop new networks.  Partner with the Missionary Church in helping make the harvest plentiful!
Hanging of the Greens
Sunday, November 25th, will be the annual hanging of the greens.  We will need a lot of helping hands to make the church shine with the lights of Christmas.  Come join us from 4 to 6 pm to help set up and clean up.  Remember the more people who come and help, the more fun we will have and the work will go much quicker!
Angle Tree Tags
It’s that time of year again when Grace is able to bless the families in Mercer County by participating in the Angel Tree Program. Visit the Angel Tree in the foyer and take as many tags off it as you would like and bring the item listed on the tag to the church on or before Sunday, December 2nd.  Here are a few gift suggestions:  One larger toy is better than several smaller toys.  Gift suggestions for older children (10,11, & 12):  Boys:  Skateboard, scooter, baseball bat & glove, tabletop games (ex. hockey, foosball, etc.).  Girls:  Jewelry, hair dryer, hair straightener, nail polish/lip balm set, bath & body works set, 18” Doll.  Either Older Boy or Girl:  Wireless speakers, jigsaw puzzles (300+pieces), artist set, book sets, OSU sweatshirts, basketballs, footballs, soccer balls, slime kit.  Thanks for blessing the families in need!
Thanksgiving Pies

Every year Grace provides pies for the Community Thanksgiving Dinner held at Celina High School.  This year there is a need for at least 20 pies from Grace. They can be dropped off at the High School on either Wed., Nov. 21st, from 3 pm to 5 pm or Thursday, Nov. 22nd, from 7 am to 11 am.  If you are able to make a pie or two please write your name on the sign up sheet at the Welcome Center so we can keep track of how many pies are being made!  Thanks in advance for your donation!
